Don't Write Off WV Democrats! (More of Troy in the Media)

First and foremost -- thank you, as always for subscribing and keeping up to date with our campaign! Remember to tell your friends, families and neighbors, and remember to visit that "Donate" button in the top right corner!

Now for the updates... as an At-Large member of West Virginia's delegation to the DNC, I was proud to represent Jefferson County values and West Virginia values to America and to the entire world from Chicago last week!

In conversation with media and delegates from all 50 states, we heard positive feedback (to the point of jealousy almost!) about how our campaign and the West Virginia Democratic Party are fighting for a 21st century Economic Bill of Rights to un-tip the scales against working people and to create an opportunity economy in West Virginia!

We're fighting for an opportunity economy that truly unleashes West Virginians from the corporate monopolists, economic royalists, and their hand-chosen politicians who work to bind our workers, our families, and our farmers, while defunding our first responders and essential public services. We're fighting for real freedom for ALL West Virginians.

We're sorry it took us out of the county during one of the most exciting times in Jefferson County -- the FAIR! But we are humbled to be one of 24 delegates elected to represent West Virginia Democratic Party in Chicago last week.

Now that we're back to Jefferson County we're looking forward to seeing you at an event or at your door soon! In the meantime -- check out some of our media appearances from last week! First and most local, I joined Daniel Bennett for recaps on 3 out of the 4 mornings following the convention on a new podcast and YouTube program called "Currently, an AuthenticWV podcast". Night Two recap

Night Four recap

On the convention's final day, I once again joined my old boss and current friend Thom Hartmann for a discussion about WV politics and Gov. Jim Justice's troubled business and political dealings.

And last weekend I also joined Richard "RJ" Eskow once again to discuss the DNC from a political communications standpoint as well as from the standpoint of how the DNC is resonating in West Virginia -- and how WV resonated at the DNC.

Thank you all again for reading, for listening, and for your support! Remember to share widely with your friends, family and neighbors -- and keep your eyes out for us in your neighborhood or at a community event near you! Troy
